Does EZBar provide the alcohol?

We do not sell alcohol, events are host provided. However, we work with you to ensure you have a well-rounded selection and cut out the task of buying by doing it for you! There is 0 upcharge on the products, and the total is added to your service.

This method has saved our clients hundreds of dollars!

What if we provide our own alcohol?

You are welcome to do so, but ALL alcohol served at the event must be served by EzBar TIPS certified employees. This is required by state law.

What if we have leftover alcohol?

Because the alcohol was purchased by you, it is yours to keep. After service is over, staff will place remaining alcohol to a secure location dictated by the host prior to the start of the event.

What if I provide my own ice, soda, cups etc?

EzBar provides this at no additional cost. This saves you time, money and the risk of buying too much.

How long is service?

Service can vary based on event, however State law puts a 5 hour limit on alcohol service.

Are you licensed and insured?

EzBar employees are all TIPS certified in compliance with RI state liquor laws. We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance that follows us everywhere. COI extensions can be provided at request. We are not licensed to sell alcohol.

Will the bar fit into my space?

We have multiple setups that are easily portable and very versatile. Our bars are built for service with clean ice wells and plenty of storage space. We are happy to visit the location prior to the event to discuss any concerns.

Is your bar big enough for my party?

Yes! We can accommodate every size event. No matter how large, our staff will provide the same top-notch service.

Additional staff will be needed for every 50 guests.

Ps. We don’t EVER have a line.


 

Where are you located and how far will you travel?

We are based in Cranston, RI and routinely travel throughout the state, expanding into Massachusetts and Connecticut. Price range varies depending on location and travel fees may apply.
